Sometimes you just need a fun engaging app to add some calm and variety to your day. Here are some apps that I have found to be not only soothing and relaxing but also fun too!

  1. #SelfCare - "In #SelfCare, we invite you on a journey with the moon to explore our energies of celebration, curiosity, love, intention and care. You'll find soothing rituals where you can magically transform the color of your bedroom walls, seek guidance from your tarot cards and snuggle with your cat. You may experience feelings of calm, joy, connection or ASMR-like tingles as you tend to our rituals". Creates a safe space room where you can interact with different activities, journaling, plant and crystal care, etc.

  2. Viridi- Grow succulents in real time, new plants daily, and calming music with the more plants you grow the more nuanced the music

  3. Moonly - Daily report of each day, Daily Affirmations, Meditations and calming music, Tarot meanings, Rune Casting, Self care articles, and practices  Free and a Paid Subscription available.

  4. Emmo - Mood Tracking app and diary is cute, simple and fun

  5. Lily - Playful music creation, you create different lily pads and create songs

  6. Animal Crossing Pocket Camp - Make a cute camp, gives a sense of accomplishment and daily tasks to look forward to (has a friend feature for connecting with others)

  7. Clawbert- Repetitive cute claw grab game

  8. Creatures such as We - "Creatures Such as We" is a philosophical interactive romance novel by Lynnea Glasser, where your choices control the story. It's entirely text-based—without graphics or sound effects—and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination. Promotes interactive decision making with motivating quotes about life.
