The New Year is a wonderful time for reflection on past achievements throughout the year, challenges overcome, and setting goals for the next year to come. I invite you to create a space to invite the new year in by tuning in and identifying what it is you would like to manifest in the upcoming year ahead.

The Ritual:

Find some quiet time that you will not be disturbed, or share the process with loved ones! Put on some music, light a candle, or set the diffuser on with your favorite holiday blend. Do whatever it is that would feel good to support yourself through these prompts.

Prompt 1: Reflection

Get present with who and where you currently are to gain clarity on where it is you would like to go:

  • Who am I right now?

  • What qualities am I currently embodying?

  • What lessons have I learned from this past year?

  • What do I wish to celebrate in the year ahead?

  • What aspects of myself do I want to enjoy more?

Prompt 2: Release

Letting go and releasing the old allows the space to open up for you to bring in and invite whatever it is you would like to manifest for the coming year:

  • What has been vital or essential in my life currently? That is necessary in my living, and being in the day to day? What has been excess?

  • What is challenging my ability to be stable?

  • What can I release?

  • What am I willing to let go of?

  • Why?

Prompt 3: Nourishing your Foundation

Growing and building your foundation will allow you to create more abundance in your life.

  • What nourishes you? Your mind, your body, your spirit?

  • What sensations, stories, ideas, and experiences support your authenticity, and growth?

  • What are you open to receive? Why do you wish to receive it?

Prompt 4: Manifesting

What would you like to bring in this New Year?

  • What areas of your life needs more expression?

  • How do you honor yourself and your dreams?

  •   How will you share this with others?

Take a moment to reflect on what you have written. What surprises you and what doesn’t? How did this process entice or challenge you? What overall theme has expressed itself?

Wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year!
